Positive: The location was excellent, with everything in Oslo within easy reach. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in three hours earlier than the scheduled time. We really appreciated their flexibility and hospitality. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay even more enjoyable!
Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had no real view, as it was completely blocked by trees. Under normal circumstances, I would have requested a different room, but after a long drive we were exhausted and just wanted to rest. To make matters worse, there was construction work taking place in the building next to us. The noise continued throughout the day and was extremely disruptive. My wife was unable to take a nap because of the constant drilling and construction noise. When we spoke to the hotel, we were told that the work was allowed during daytime hours. We asked to move to another room, but we were told to come back the following day because we had already packed. I returned to the hotel every day after 3:00 p.m. from work, hoping to get some rest, but the noise was still there, making it impossible to relax or sleep for all my stay. While I understand that construction work is sometimes unavoidable, I expected the hotel to handle the situation more proactively, either by offering an alternative room immediately or providing a suitable solution. Overall, the room was not comfortable, and I was disappointed with how the hotel managed our concerns.
